Challenges will come along and test you. This session introduces an inside-out approach to navigating the everyday challenges of running a small business. Participants explore how familiar internal patterns influence the way they think, feel, and respond across different situations. Through a short, guided, and practical exercise, small business owners experience how relating differently to the Inner Critic - by understanding its intention and recognising that it is not all of who they are - can create greater clarity, confidence, and ease in business and life. With over 15 years’ experience supporting people and organisations through pressure, uncertainty, and transition, Steve’s work focuses on how our way of being shapes decisions, relationships, and resilience. Drawing on embodied awareness and parts-based approaches, he helps people understand inner patterns - such as the Inner Critic - and access more grounded, resourceful ways of responding in both business and life contexts.
