Lynette has proudly called Karratha home for over 10 years and has spent much of her career helping businesses and people succeed. As a former small business owner, recruitment manager and now Business Advisor, she understands the challenges business owners face because she's experienced many of them herself.
With a background in finance, mortgage broking, recruitment, business development and leadership, Lynette brings practical, real-world experience to every client she works with. Her passion lies in helping businesses improve cash flow, increase profitability, strengthen customer relationships and develop practical strategies for sustainable growth. She also enjoys using technology, AI and creative design tools to help businesses improve their marketing, streamline processes and present themselves professionally. Lynette believes successful business is built on strong relationships. She takes the time to listen, understand each client's goals and work alongside them to develop achievable solutions that make a genuine difference. Away from work, Lynette is the President of the Karratha Country Women's Association (CWA), where she is passionate about supporting local community initiatives and volunteering. She also enjoys creative design, travelling, spending time on the water with her husband fishing around the Pilbara, and is always looking for new ways technology can help businesses work smarter. |
